Established in 1975, Weihai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd (that was Weihai Chemical Instrument Co., Ltd once), was the appointed enterprise by chemical department, which is the largest and famous professional manufacturer to research, develop and produce magnetic force drive reaction kettle and high pressure reaction kettle. Covering over 56,000m2, the company owns about 460 workers, 80 of which are technicians; 10 of which are senior professors and senior engineers; 6 of which are Ⅲ grade auditors; 30 of which are designers. With thirty years constant development, the company gets A1 Ⅲ grade high pressure vessel production license (TS2210193-2009) and A1 Ⅲ grade high pressure vessel design license (TS1210247-2007) awarded by general administration of quality supervision and inspection. Moreover, it establishes design and research institute of Weihai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2001, it established Shandong technology development center authorized by Shandong economy and trade commission; in the same year, it got the authentication of ISO9001; in 2003, it got “U” steel seal certificate from ASME; in the same year, it got the import and export right. Therefore, the company becomes one complete system from design to production with constant developing new products. The company has abundant technicians, designers and has new product and seven patents (that have been put into use); furthermore, the company retains five patents. The company becomes the important support enterprise in Weihai city.
With the extension of scale, the company always takes reaction kettle as main industry with constant developing new product to satisfy users. Because the company specializes in the development of reaction kettle, it accumulates rich experience in the aspect of antisepsis; the company has professional stirring lab for simulating kinds of working conditions to make users satisfy. The cubage of reaction kettle can be from 0.1 to 50000L; the pressure can reach 100Mpa; moreover, the company can offer users the whole design, production and consultation. Meanwhile, the company has strong processing and technology capacity for low alloy high strength steel, low temperature steel, moderate temperature anti hydrogen steel, stainless steel, the shaping, welding and heat treatment of non-ferrous metal materials especially for the zirconium, nickel base (Haynes, Monel, Inconel) alloy, titanium, copper, aluminum and its alloy, double phase steel, molybdenum alloy and the design of compound material. In 2002, the company began to deal with petroleum chemical industry and has the capacity of producing large petroleum chemical equipments and instruments. In 2004, the company established magnetic force stirring equipment department, titanium, nickel equipment department, pressure vessel department and composite material branch. The product is widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical, medicament, coloring matter, chlorine and alkali, mining and metallurgy, research department and academies etc. Moreover, the product is distributed to many countries and regions such as America, Australia, Japan, Iran, Korea, Thailand, Pakistan and Indonesia etc.
