We appreciate the history that gives us the important chance. With development of China reform and open, Weihai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd becomes the most famous manufacturers of producing large pressure enterprises in China from small to big. However, compared with famous enterprises in world, we have obvious distance. After China becoming one member of WTO, all enterprises face great challenge and chance in China. Competing with famous enterprise in world is like that the light weight boxer competes with heavy weight boxer. In the new competition, the enterprises will be arranged according to world criterion that only excellent enterprise can exist in furious competition. Only strong economic capacity can support powerful; therefore, it needs strong economic base to establish top grade enterprises. It is expectation of national and citizen’s to make our country become the powerful and make our nationality become rebound, that is also our dream and pursue.
In 2005, the company faces great challenge for further development; the internationalization forces us to enhance the management level and international management capacity; moreover, it needs more and more workers to become international excellent talent as soon as possible.
We know that only innovation can keep the energy of enterprise and can make lots of chances for enterprise and can help us conquer the potential crisis. Finding disadvantage and deficiency of ourselves is the representation of nerviness and confidence and can accelerate constant development; it is the only way that bears crisis and responsibility, takes innovation and reform to enhance the competition and conquer the enemy. We believe that history is composed by those that can take good use of chances to innovate and reform constantly.
